The Perito Moreno Glacier is one of the entire South American continent’s main attractions. It is located within the "Parque Nacional los Glaciares" in Argentina. You need to be lucky if you want to see the Perito Moreno as in the panorama picture. Because of the microclimate, it rains frequently. However nobody should miss this unique miracle of nature. You can get very close to the glacier by boat. In addition, guided walks on the ice are offered, which lead through blue crevasses. Whoever accomplishes the walk is offered a glass of Whiskey - naturally cooled with glacier ice. |
